Sauvignon
Blanc
Typically small 1/2 to 1/3 pound bunches. At maturity, grapes
are a spectacular, translucent, golden green, often with a hint
of sunburn the sunny side of the vine. The juice at harvest is rich,
golden-colored with subtle aromas of apricot, pineapple, and citrus.

Zinfandel
California's own red wine grape. Large 1/2 to 3/4 pound tightly
packed, dark blue-black beautiful, distinctive winged bunches. Zinfandel
juice at harvest has robust raspberry-blackberry aromas and tastes.
Excellent for producing superb quality claret.

Merlot
Medium-sized, loosely packed 1/2 pound dark blue bunches. Mild Cabernet
Sauvignon-like fruit flavors. Bunches often irregular in size with
occasionally irregular fruit set. Makes a soft, low tannic, easy to
drink wine. |
